School construction project

This is a new project which is meant to contribute to the sustainability of Millennium College and Vocational School as well as to the well being of the orphans and vulnerable children.

The project intends to support orphans and vulnerable children to access mainstream secondary education which will be incorporated with vocational training, which will reduce the burden of paying 6 the rent, reduce overcrowding and create more space for the children to participate in co-curricular activities. The funds will help to construct the school structures which will include: 2 Classroom blocks of four class rooms each, administration with 4 office rooms, examination room, a laboratory and library, 1 pit latrine for boys and girls, Computer room, Electricity Poles, Borehole, 3 water tanks. The community will also contribute in terms of suggestions, decision making and in-kind contribution towards the success of the project.
